Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we are here to help.

Our return policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Some products are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, items related to intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases cannot be returned.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products

Returning Your Item

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued. These cases include:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only items at regular prices are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at sin.phonehub@hotmail.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail us for the return address at sin.phonehub@hotmail.com.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
